Julie graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Business Information Systems and later went back to earn a Certificate in Nonprofit Management. Currently, Julie is the VHC's Director of Special Events and oversees event coordination and production. She loves event planning and have been involved in planning a number of benefit dinners, fashion show, and 5Ks for multiple nonprofit organizations in Seattle for the last decade. She has over six years of experience as a project manager and consultant at Accenture for Boeing, AT&T and Microsoft. Professionally, she is a project manager for Advancement-Information Management at the University of Washington.
