Kat is an international lawyer who practices in America and Vietnam, focusing on cross-border investments, international data transfer, digital assets, and emerging companies in climate technologies. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Iowa, School of Law. Growing up in a remote area of Vietnam, she understands the need of providing healthcare services to the vulnerable and underserved population. Vietnam Health Clinic (VHC) dedicates to a such meaningful goal. She feels humbled and honored to serve as a Board Member of VHC. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking and kayaking.
