With more than 16 years of experience in finance, nonprofit management and public relations, Alyssa Tran specializes in media relations, community engagement, and charitable giving campaigns.  She is currently a global lead on Amazon's Operations Community Engagement team supporting ways Amazonians can give back in their local community. Prior to Amazon, Alyssa was at Weber Shandwick, a global PR firm, leading public relations campaigns for Bank of America Charitable Foundation. Alyssa graduated from the University of Southern California with a master's degree in Strategic Public Relations and received her bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. In addition to Vietnam Health Clinic, Alyssa helped start and still serves as a board member of The Voice of Peace Network, a San Diego nonprofit.
